Reviews:
I would avoid this dentist and go elsewhere. His work is very sloppy he had to fix 2 different fillings. The first one was an easy fix and he did it right away no problem. The second filling I didn’t know was his fault I thought that I was grinding my teeth at night so I had a swelling pain. After about 8 months I told the lady who was cleaning my teeth about the pain and she told me that the filling that he put in was leaning to hard on my gums and that it would cause it to swell up if irritated. So I asked Dr. Arnold about it and he said the only way to fix it is to remove the filling and refill it, or just LIVE with it. So I left the office felling confused. I decided not to live with it and made an appointment to remove it and refill it. So he did. Do you know that about 6 months later I received a bill with a late charge attached to it to pay for that refilled filling. So I called the front desk and asked Gail about it and she claimed that she was sending me bills each month (not true). So I went to talk to Dr. Arnold as to why I had to pay for his mistake (it wasn’t a huge bill my insurance picked up most of it) he said since I waited so long before getting it fixed he doesn’t feel responsible for the mistake and I should pay it. So I left feeling angry. Two days later I called Gail to pay my bill (now I only had the bill for about 5 or 6 days) and Gail told me that she sent me to collection’s. (So she decided that I wasn’t going to pay it. WOW!!) So I paid the bill only and she still wanted me to pay them 30 more dollars for the cost it cost them to put me in collections. WOW AGAIN!! My husband had a problem with Gail another time before all this happened he was quoted a price on a procedure and when he came in to do it the price he was told went way up now with him bending a businessman he decided right there to not do the procedure and he never went back. I should have stopped going there when that happened. Do you know that I always felt that Gail wasn’t happy with me after what my husband did.
If I could give this 0 starts I would. I went there back in may 2022 because I had a bad cavity. Once I got there the dentist straight up numbed my whole mouth no warning or anything, which caused me a horrible panic attack. He literally started drilling into my tooth and was like “yeah you’ll need to come back for a root canal” and just left me like that. He charged my mom for a root canal he never did, and him and this corporation continues to lie to the insurance company so now I can’t get an actual root canal at this other dentist office. My tooth is in pain constantly and there’s no way they did a root canal and I know they did not. This is extremely angering while they continue to lie and lie and lie, causing me physical pain. I just want my root canal oh my god my tooth is literally falling apart and the gum around it is BLACK. The pain is unbearable. DO NOT GO HERE ITS HORRIBLE THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY
be very careful with this dentist and staff – make sure to record conversations and get copies of films – leave no stone unturned. took my 15 year old granddaughter in may 2023 for what we thought was just a cavity. film was taken and dentist numbed her with intention of filling (dentist did not communicate this, i had to ask what was happening); at some point the dentist realized that the tooth was not fillable, and would require a root canal. i told him my daughter would have to follow up because they charge $1000 for root canal and my daughter would have to find out what insurance covers. dentist placed a temporary filling and we left. this office submitted claim to my daughter’s insurance for a root canal. meanwhile – my granddaughter still needs a root canal and insurance already paid this dentist -who submitted a false claim for work not done. beware.
