ONE THEY DONT SEND A LINK FOR YOU TO FILL OUT NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK TO YOUR PHONE TO FILL OUT, YOU HAVE TO FILL IT OUT THERE. DR. PARK WAS RUDE TO ME AND WOULDN’T LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS. SAID I NEEDED A NEW CROWN AND AN MO ON #2. SAID I NEEDED TO BRUSH MY TEETH BETTER, SAID I HAD CALUCULS BUILD ON MY CROWN WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND A THIRD OPTION AND A FOURTH OPTION FROM 3 OTHER DIFFERENT DENTISTS AND ALL OF THEM SAID I DIDN’T NEED A NEW CROWN AND I DIDNT HAVE ANY CARIES. THE SECOND DENTIST WAS EVERY HONEST TO ME AND SAID ALL I NEEDED WAS MY BITE ADJUSTED ON MY CROWN BECAUSE I HAVE HAD IT FOR ALMOST 7 YEARS AND MY CROWN HAS SLID DOWN A LITTLE. AFTER THIS DENTIST HAD ADJUSTED MY BITE, MY PAIN FELT SO MUCH BETTER. I WAS SHOCKED DR. PARK LIED TO ME AND TREATED ME WITH NO RESPECT. HIS RDA TOOK A WHILE TO GET MY XRAYS, BUT I DIDN’T MIND AND I WAS PATIENCE BUT WHEN THE DENTIST TREATS HIS PATIENTS WITH NO RESPECT AND DONT TAKE TIME TO LISTEN TO THE PATIENT THEN IT SHOWS THE DENTIST HAS NO MANNERS AND I SURE THE HELL DONT WANT TO SEE A DENTIST THAT LIES TO HIS PATIENTS AND DOESN’T DO A FULL EXAM ON A PATIENTS TEETH TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SNODGRASS NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SEE DR. PARK FOR A LIMITED EXAM. RUTH IS AMAZING. ALWAYS HAS A SMILE AND HAD A PLEASANT ATTUIDE.

I started the process to have my remaining teeth removed and get studs implanted for semi-permanent dentures in June of last year. I was led to believe that this entire procedure would be done by Dr. Bidwell at the Murfreesboro location. I called today to schedule the appointment for the implant procedure and was given an appointment for next Thursday. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the person I had just scheduled the appointment with informing me that the dr wanted to “refer” me to someone else to finish the process he started. I was given no explanation as to why the dr could not do the procedure, just that he didn’t do it anymore. I was then offered a phone number to another dentist in Nashville. At no time during any appointment was I told that I would be handed off to another dr to finish the process. I feel that I was completely misled if not outright lied to

I felt positive about scheduling my son’s new patient appointment with Snodgrass King Cool Springs based on the positive reviews I read. My son needed his annual checkup and teeth cleaning and our prior pediatric dentist did not accept our new insurance (job change). The staff there was very pleasant and very encouraging and I could rave about them with 10 stars. However, ethics trumps the great staff. When asked which dentist I needed to see, I responded that it didn’t matter since they were all new to us and he just needed a cleaning. Turns out that they billed me for seeing a specialist and took an additional panoramic xray that I would have declined since so many others were taken. Needless to say, my $10 copay turned into $65. Good job in swindling me out of the extra $55. I will not be returning.
