Here is one of irresponsible clinic about patient’s time and Complications, what ever it’s happened after my treatment.
During my filling Dr. Dashti didn’t explain the details of treatment plan before starting to burn my gum by laser,,, and also didn’t inform me about all Complications, it might be happened after laser treatment !!!
And it happened to me by the worst possible way,, whole inside my mouth burned and l couldn’t drink and eat for 10 days. When l went to show this horrible story he didn’t accept his fault and instead of having feeling sorry and he tried to justified his shortage.
Also I started my cleaning time after 30 minutes delay while the receptionists were relax instead of letting me know about being late and saying sorry.
Interestingly, if clients delay they will be charged however, if the they delay nothing will happened . I don’t recommend this dental clinic to anyone. Choosing the clinic that they will respect your time and your character.

What an AMAZING shock!!!!! I went out one morning to find a couple dentists that could give me a confident smile again. I drove by this clinic and immediately did a U-turn and went in to be welcomed so amazingly and asked if I could come back in an hour for a consult.. so I did, I was met by the assistant who brought me to my chair, heard my concerns and gave her perfect amazing advice! They didn’t push expensive procedures on me, explained what would be best for my teeth and needs, and I am so so so excited to complete my much needed smile! I went in for veneers, they were honest and said I didn’t need them.. also, got me in AN hour before they opened on a Saturday!!’ I HIGHLY recommend!!! Can’t wait for my bottoms to be beautified!!

Since I moved from a different province I wasn’t sure which dentist to go with ,but after visiting a few , I definitely recommend this dentist to everyone, great front desk and Aimee my dentist Hygienist is very good at what she does and extremely gentle.
Great team work and friendly environment makes anyone feel welcome. My family of 5 will continue with this dentist office for many years to come for sure. Thank you to all the staff.
