I personally have always like going to the dentist. I call it the spa for my mouth. With that said, I’ve had a few dentists over the years so it takes a lot to make it all the more better when i already enjih the experience. The difference for me is that EVERYONE there is so nice. I walk in to a smile and someone who remembers my kids name and ask about them. Every dental assistant i have had has been gentle and kind. Dr. Shake ALWAYS make me feel heard whatever my concern. I am given options to my care on top of recommendations and never feel judged for me choice. I recieved my first cavities last year and they worked with me to make sure I was at ease because I was so nervous, and helped to ensure I didn’t feel pain. They call to check in and their appointment service via text is a life saver. I wish all health care was as great as they are. Thankful we came across this place. 5/5 genuinely and highly recommend!

I have been going to Deer Ridge for years now.They have excellent service.My dentist, Dr Sheikh is the best dentist I ever had.He is always very kind, personable and most importantly he is the only
dentist who was able to fix a teeth discomfort I was having for years.Lisa the receptionist is always super friendly, check on me after my visit.Karen my hygienist is also very nice.They have a very caring crew. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Very unpleasant experience, the admin did not know their job and they donot know how to deal with insurance companies (Always claim More than they should for each visit although the coverage balance is available)
The lady in admin is very loud, rude, unprofessional and also threaten me for dismissal. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr and hygienist is very good but owner need to take care of admin staff.
