Horrible place I don’t recommend going here! Wait time is extremely long (my appointment was at 12 and I didnt leave until 4:45), doctor Pena does not prioritize patients she will stop in the middle of service to cater to someone else & they consistently do half work to ensure that you have to keep coming back and they do not tell you what you need to know to prevent further damages (post op)!!!!! Save yourself the stress and waste of day and book elsewhere !!!

Dr. Pena is amazing at her job, but I’m giving one star due to them consistently overbooking. Every time I come in here I wait a minimum of two hours to be placed in a room, despite making an appointment. There’s barely any chairs in the waiting room since COVID, and on top of that, I have to wait an additional 30 mins before someone actually comes in to see me after finally being called to the back.

I have been going here for a long time. I always have to wait for at least an hour before anything happens. I wonder why they schedule so many patients and never enough staff. My longest wait was 2 hours in the waiting area and it took 1 and a half hour before they finished my daughter’s cleaning. I wish they would tell patients that it will take forever before they give you the schedule.
