I have always been rather anxious about dentist visits. I was very worried I would have pain or even bad news. From the first person I encountered at the front desk and then the girl who checks the insurance everyone was very courteous and professional. I had unfortunately had a panic attack but the dentist herself and other staff attended to me quickly and helped me relax. Everything was well explained to me and everyone listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I had previously had no insurance so I had no idea what would happen. But fortunately, my mouth is great and I will return in 3 weeks to get some corrective work done on my teeth. The hygienist also showed me how to best floss my teeth too. You’d think a dentist in a busy Publix shopping center would be not a great place. I say I’m glad I came by and found this dental practice! Everything was clean and state of the art and everyone is great, even with nervous nellies like me. Now I don’t have to be afraid anymore. I have 1000% confidence and trust with this practice and I highly recommend them.

I haven’t been here for six months, since my first cleaning. But I called this morning for an emergency visit (severe tooth pain), and they saw me today at 1:30-got me right in! Again, the facility was spotless and the staff above par! They truly listen to the patient, which is a wonderful thing. Today I was greeted by Rachel, who was kind and welcoming. My dental assistant was Lulu; she was totally adept and friendly, yet professional. Lulu totally helped me to relax. Dr. Changezei (I probably spelled that wrong!) is the best dentist I’ve ever had! And Angelina went out of her way to accommodate me for my next appointment. Everyone here takes their time with you; I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve always hated going to the dentist. But I no longer dread it, because I know I’m going to Delray Dental!

This is probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever encountered with a dentist. I’m normally not not a fan of dentists, but these guys changed my mind starting with the brand new facilities next door to the newly remodeled Publix on Military & Atlantic. The staff went over & above to not only accommodate my experiences, but they made sure my insurance company stuck to their end of the commitment. Had a few crowns installed in a few weeks & if you’re looking for a fresh new place for a dentist. I’d recommend Dr.Sana Changezi & her amazing staff!
