Did aligner treatment with dr Gill and he is very unprofessional. Before making full payment he was very friendly and professional but once payment was made this was not the case. He did not draw a contract with me, nor did he write down any of my requests. So he made a few mistakes along the way including ordering the wrong retainers which was inconvenient as I had to come back several times from far. On top of this he was very disrespectful and rude and dismissive of my needs. He cut my lip twice when filing my teeth but I understand this was accidental. Despite me being covered for care for several months after my teeth were straight, he said he did not want to treat me because of these misunderstandings (he forgot the things that he was supposed to do eg order correct retainer, or his offering for free composite bonding etc, but this was not my fault as he did not write things on his end). I was young at the time and did not like confrontation so I left in the end but I wish I handled it differently and escalated it. My sister and friend had a similar experience when doing aligned treatment. Saying this I will be fair my outcome was good in terms of my teeth being straighter, and bonding at the time looked good however it came off a few months later. But the stress and anxiety caused by undergoing treatment was not worth it.

I found Denchic dental spa and met Dr Gill because I was looking for orthodontists in the area. He told me he would be able to help me. He suggested Invisalign and this took about 7-8 months. Throughout the whole process he supported me and made sure everything was on track. I have now finished my treatment and I couldn’t be more pleased at the service and hospitality of Dr Gill and everyone that works at Denchic. I would recommend everyone to come and consult with Dr Gill because he is a man with endless knowledge and talent and he knows what he is doing. You will not be displeased with the service here.

I have had the best experience at Denchic. I got Invisalign and have been so happy with the results and the care I have received from Dr. Gill, he is fantastic. Currently going through the whitening process and then I am getting some bonding. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I have never felt at ease in a dentist, but I do here, it is a very calm and relaxed atmosphere.
