My partner popped in today after me suffering for weeks with bad toothache. After moving to Kidderminster we have always been unsuccessful in getting in with a dentist. Liz the lovely manager got me in for the same day and to say I was over the moon that I would be seeing a dentist the same day was a understatement. When we came Liz was lovely professional and very welcoming the we got a call to go up and see Ricky I think his name was In room 3 sorry didn’t quite catch the lady’s name also. I explained what had been going on and he found the problem within a few minutes and although I was a nervous wreck and shaking through no fault of there’s they kept me calm relaxed and managed to extract the tooth ( was beyond repair) thank you very very much to you all me and my family will be looking forward to joining you guys on the 19th of June

As an anxious patient I was dreading having to have a tooth extracted and a filling done at this Practise as a new patient. However Dr Sonam Dubb and her assistant Kacia were brilliant. I found Sonam to be very cheerful and professional and she took great care to make me feel confortable throughout the experience. She took the trouble to satisfy all my questions and advised me that I would likely feel discomfort when the anaesthetic wore off and how best to deal with it. I am pleased to say that I felt no discomfort or pain during the treatment nor afterwards – Yea! She is a credit to your Practice and I do believe that after the dentists I have had in the past that she has cured my phobia. So a BIG thanks!

I cannot fault Amit. I had the unpleasant thought regarding a tooth extraction this week. Apart from some very mild discomfort with the initial anaesthetic injection, I was totally unaware of the tooth being removed. I was advised to expect some mild discomfort/swelling in my face and at the site of extraction. I have had no pain or swelling/stiffness in the jaw whatsoever, to the extent I keep forgetting and chewing on the affected side! It’s as if nothing has been done!!
Denora has had some bad press at times, but I can’t fault the team from the Reception Team up to Amit. You get from me!! Thank you all for your care and compassion to all your clients.
