Booked through snapsmile. The assistant/ tech didn’t know how to take x-rays, took 4 backwards and then the dentist had to show her how to properly position it, stating all the pictures we’ve already taken were useless. I didn’t want to do more than 8 x rays, so I asked that we just complete the bitewing images. Kept asking about doing panoramic x rays and telling me I didn’t need to be concerned about radiation and a usual set of x rays is 12-14 pictures.
Also – I’ve never been in so much pain following a scaling/cleaning, persisted for days after my appointment. I almost cried and left. Thats never happened before.
I won’t be going back but maybe others will have a better experience!
I personally do not like going to the dentist, so coming here was a blessing! They were able to take me as a new client the day I called to book, got me in and set up very quickly, and completed needed work that was originally not planned, and booked me again to finish the rest of the work by the end of the week. Dr.Ahuja and the team here did an amazing job and when it came to my filling I barely felt any pain, without local anesthetic. Needless to say I will be making this my new dentist and want to say Thankyou for making it a great and comforting experience!
The front desk reception was lovely and helped with my insurance questions. Dr. Singh made proper recommendations on preventative care and didn’t force any additional treatments on me. My cleaning was good, although it felt a bit shorter than I’ve experienced elsewhere but I was also delighted with a welcome gift for being a new patient!
