I needed a follow-up visit for tooth filling and I called the dentist couple of days ago. He scheduled an appointment for Sunday, 11.09 at 1p.m
I was out of the city due to my business and sunday morning I took over 500 kms of road just to be on time for my appointment. However, when I arrive to the clinic exactly at 1 pm, I asked my visit to the lady in reception and she didn’t even mind to answer for 10 mins. Afterwards, she has told me to wait in the queue which is including 5-6 people before me. Briefly, I left the clinic with empty tooth.
I don’t have any idea about dentists and their skills (maybe they are great or not) because I even haven’t seen them. But, from institutional perspective, this is the worst clinic that I have ever seen.
Ps: if there is a queue over 3 people, you have to wait on your feet at outdoor no matter how hot or cold the weather is.

W zasadzie jedyna w calym Wroclawiu, ktora podobno ma swiadczyc uslugi stomatologiczne rowniez w nocy.
Nikt nie odbieral telefonu, wiec pojechalam z okropnym bolem zeba i szczeki, z goraczka, o godzinie 2 w nocy. Na miejscu przez drzwi, dowiedzialam sie, ze pana doktora nie ma.
I co w tym momencie czlowiek ma zrobic? Na SORze i tak odesla na dorazna pomoc stomatologiczna i radz se pani sama.
Placi sie niemale skladki, a na taka oto pomoc mozemy liczyc.

Zona z bardzo silnym bolem zeba zostala przyjeta w niedziele po 22. Stomatolog zaaplikowal wacik z olejem gozdzikowym, co calkowicie usmierzylo bol i pozwolilo w spokoju doczekac do rana, zrobic RTG i wszczac wlasciwe leczenie. Szybka, dorazna i efektywna pomoc. Polecam w naglych sytuacjach
