I called on Friday to make an appointment with the dentistry since it is close by my house I asked if they took my insurance she proceeded to tell me that they did so I scheduled the appointment and took a day off so that I could make the appointment I called her early in the morning to give her my insurance just to double check if they took it before I made my way down there she told me she would call me back in a little while to confirm she didn’t call me back until 3 hours later when it was almost time for me to be there so fast forward I go down there just for her to proceed to tell me that they only take my type of insurance if You got it through your job I asked well if that’s the case when I told you what type of insurance I had why didn’t you make me aware of that she then blamed everything on me as if I’m supposed to know what they accept and what they don’t. Simply awful would not recommend they play to many games I missed a full days worth of pay for nothing!!
Years ago I went to the office, Dr Sawh is an exceptional dentist. (But the reception is awful) work performed and the outcome with what I received was absolutely beautiful. Once my husband saw the outcome, he made an appointment. End result another satisfied customer. I then referred a good friend of mines. Fast forward, years later I returned for service May 2023, calls, visit & note to inquire about the claim no response until they left a voice mail to discuss my claim November 2023. I’ve moved on to another dentist from day one their service is absolutely amazing, the receptionists are ALL so professional…OMG
So I stop by to see if they accept my insurance and if so set up an appointment. They said yes so I set Up an appointment a week later. The day before they call to let me know they have an earlier availability. I Get there early there’s 4 other people that are waiting to be seen, On top of that they said they don’t accept my insurance if I can pay Cash. Hellooooo that’s what I have Insurance for.
