Update:. So this is really like the tale of two cities. Dr.Reeners was on holiday and was some work that need done when he was gone so he set with up with one of his colleagues. A “specialist”. I had already taken my stitches out myself so initially tried to cancel the appointment but was advised due to the nature of my case I should keep it,so I did.
The “specialist” first advises me he has not read my file so has zero clue what’s going on.this should have been my first red flag. We proceed. Now keep in mind due to a previous procedure I had some exposed jaw that would require time to,well,not be exposed anymore. This is where it gets interesting. The only thing this “specialist” ended up doing was BREAKING OFF HALF of that EXPOSED JAW,and then not even informing me of it. And then weirdly takes a pic,which is in my file,and then advises me I may have to look into getting it shaved down. So he basically did nothing other than breaking that exposed jaw in half,nothing else,and charges me for it lol.
You can’t make this stuff up. So obviously can no longer take the risk of continuing to go here as I never know what I am going to get. And being they employee several dentist,I should not have to rely on just one. Have of course canceled my remaining appointments,will look elsewhere to get my now half jagged bone shaved down getting the overall issue taken care of.
So hopefully you have better luck here than me because I’m 1 for 3..

My first experience there was horrible. But one bad experience does not always define the business itself. Dr Reeners was the second doctor I dealt with and stepped up where the other doctor did not. Very much appreciate it

I have been living with a severe dental phobia for as long as I can remember but because of a dental abscess and the excruciating pain that comes with it I had to attend an emergency appointment. Everyone in the practice is really friendly. I want to thank Dr. Merheb, Dr. Reeners, all the assistants and receptionists for being so nice, for never treating me with condescension and also for speaking in a foreign language to me. You have made a huge difference to my life and for that I will always be grateful.

I was a year ago here for cleaning it came a kid just out from school from other country didn’t care about anything we chat she said is just here to ear money in swiss so she can travel that’s it of the professionalism of the staff … Industry for fast making money… I do not recommend the cleaning was done ok and very fast I felt it for couple of days so no thank you for the next time
