I wish I could give 2.5 stars… I have had bad and kind of good experiences here and I’ve been here ALOT. The waiting room staff are ok sometimes a little bit unpleasant. The nurses are usually basically invisible but fine. The doctors can be very nice or unpleasant. I lost my main chewing tooth while being treated here and part of me wants to blame them for what i consider less than good care, but who can know why I lost the tooth, they couldn’t tell me why anyways. I haven’t been to many other dentists in Finland so i can’t really compare but my feeling while being cared for here is slightly unpleasant. I wish I could get a timely appointment is a huge complaint of mine. 1.2 months to get my root canal filling.
I went there as Tampere city guided me to go there for teeth check up and fixing my teeth hole. Roman M is the doctor who gave a treatment. As summary, the service was terrible and here are the things they did.
-Nurse and doctor chit chat about their weekend while they are giving me treatment.
-They gave me anestesia without telling me.
-They do not tell us what they did to what teeth. (And could not ask after anestesia)
I do not know if this is acceptable if its public but very disappointed to Finnish dentist service. If possible, I want to avoid going this place in the future.

Both me and my wife have implants (she also got an Invisalign) made by Dr. Giuseppe Giangrosso. He has the lightest touch I ever experienced by a dentist. I didn’t even feel the needle for the injection. The implants were excellently placed and both me and my wife had no issues at all. I cannot recommend more this dentist.
