In my view a dental office should be evaluated on 1) the front office welcoming/efficiency and the 2) the staff/dentists professionalism/spirit and 3) the space (environment/location etc). After several challenging surgeries, it’s clear that they are a serious contender for getting 5 stars across the board. Only reason for giving 4.5 stars, would be instances of keeping customer waiting without notification, a practice they were quick to rectify ,when alerted. The fact that management listened and quickly fixed the problem is one of the reasons I like the practice. The dentists are smart/confident and they seem to thrive as there is a spirit of collaboration and humor that spills over to the patient care. Furthermore, if something fails to meet their high standards it’s quickly fixed. The space is modern with light, bright colors with great views of the street, nicely located in a central location.

Stay away! They charged me for a checkup to fix a mistake they made, despite promising over the phone that there wouldn’t be an additional charge. When I called to ask why they charged me for this they were incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s clear that their priority is profit, not patient satisfaction or honesty. Save yourself the hassle and find a dentist who values transparency and integrity.

I’m thrilled with my dentist here in Amsterdam. Moving to a new country was a bit overwhelming, especially when it came to finding the right dentist. Thankfully, The Dental Clinics Amsterdam not only accommodated me but also delivered outstanding service.
