Honestly they have good dentists. What will kill their business is the condescending attitude and tone from their receptionist when speaking to patients and potential patients. In the end of the day we are all people so maybe avoid transpiring the rudeness. For this reason we will be looking for a different practice and taking our business there. I find it very annoying as well to have to chase them for explanations of invoices? Funny enough our friends have similar experiences and with the same staff.
Overall not bad – good caring. But on 31st may planning with me went wrong as two consecutive appointments were given to me – one for filling and the next one for cleaning. This required me to keep my mouth open for a long time at a stretch, Now I have jaw pain for which the clinic prescribed high dose of painkiller and I have to visit a therapist. It was not wise for the clinic to plan two procedures on the same day.
It is incredible to see how the team at this clinic is totally dehumanized, you go to have one thing fixed and you leave with a thousand appointments and none of them are what you went for. It’s just to get your money without the intention of making a good dentist. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
