I made an appointment on phone and they told me the intake appointment will b EUR50 n then when i visit for jus consultation they make all the photo n made the bill of EUR170 euro even i had photo’s with my old dentist few months back they dnt even ask about it and when i ask the doctor i have broken tooth the she said its calcus somthing but in my appointment with mond hygienist she said it’s definitely broken tooth !!!its scam to bill u!!!when i ask her do i have money left in my insurance she checked n said i have EUR300 something left even after insisting i think i have not enough i ask at reception to send me codes so i can check with my insurance she said she will email but i never got that n then i called after few days to cancel my next appointment n asking for the codes to ask my insurance to know are they covered they didn’t after sayng ok n then i went for my teeth cleaning appointment of 40mins n they charge me for 45 mins as 5 mins cost u EUR15 n today i got bill of EUR135 sayng i have no vergoeding left!! They could have simply ask my last dentist for my photo’s cuz i had no emergency !such a waste of money n resources!! i spend my insurance money very wisely whole year so i can used when its actually needed but they fool me !! after consult n cleaning they charge me EUR170+EUR135 !!!! Which could be EUR50+EUR120. P.s The mondhiegenist ws good but all this not worth. As i ask everytime on phone n personal i want cheapest possible n in my insurance . If my insurance dnt cover it i dnt want it but still ! Honesty was expected! I spend EUR320 in multiple vists whole year n here i spend EUR305 within 20 days n so !!! Shocking

At first meeting they don’t ask you what they will do, how much it will cost. Even if you know exactly which tooth is in pain they will make a rtg photos, charge you for consultations and will do literally nothing with your problem and pain. You pay almost 100 to get to know what you know already and set you for appointment in 1,5 month. Don’t know how it is supposed to work but I am very dissappointed.

Beautiful practise, never been to a dentist place that looked so nice! Warm welcome at the desk, sunny waiting room with a view, nice stuff to read. Then the dentist was so friendly and professional at the same time. She explained everything without sounding condescending. The equipment was super new and the treatment comfortable. Best experience at the dentist ever!
