Visited for the first time today. I took my 18 year old daughter for a 2nd opinion after she was unsure about the treatment offered from her regular dentist. All I can say is WOW. Everything about this Dental Practice is highly professional at the same time as super friendly and helpful. Professionals who listen and are sensitive to their patients/clients. The care we received was outstanding. Seriously thinking about switching dentists even though this is a half hour dive away. Give them a try and see for yourself.
Had an appointment with Helena Hall, Dental Therapist & Hygienist. Most thorough clean my teeth have ever had. So knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly gentle. Would encourage anyone with dental anxiety to see Helena – she will put you at your ease and do the most professional job. As a therapist she is also qualified to carry out routine check-ups, fillings etc so she will be my first port of call for all my dental needs in the future. Shout out too to dental nurse Hannah who did a great job.
Dental Excellence is a great local Dental practice. All the staff are extremely pleasant and professional. After many years as a child and young adult of fearful Dental appointments – to visit Dental Excellence is to know you are in safe hands. Both Alice the Receptionist and Steph the Hygenist are both extremely competent and take away any fears. The Dentist is always very gentle and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend Dental Excellence. Tony Davies
