It has come to my attention, through reviews and personal experience, that certain receptionists, particularly one named Nicole, have displayed unprofessional and unfriendly attitudes towards patients. It is disappointing to note that the management has also failed to address this issue effectively.

Recently, I called this dental facility with the intention of registering my child, as my husband and I had already been registered and attended for appointments previously. However, to my surprise, I learned that we had been deregistered without any written notification. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the manager stated that there was no registration process as such, which left me perplexed. I fail to understand how we could have been deregistered if we had never been registered in the first place.

In light of this experience, I must express my disappointment with the quality of service provided by the facility. I am relieved that the facility does not have the capacity to take on new patients as I would rather invest my resources in a practice that provides quality service and values its patients.

If i could put -0 I would I went into this dentist for tooth problems and each time ive been told I need different things done to the same teeth. The work they do dont last. The staff there are very unprofessional. I told the receptionist not to book an appointment for me and she did anyways. I didnt know about the appointment and got blocked for not going. The manager is vile. If i was you id stay clear !. Reading my report, Apparently the manager told me the receptionist wouldnt book me an appointment if I didnt agree to one therefore she was making me out to be a liar. Looking at the reviews its clear that customers have problems with the receptionists being rude and not listening. The manager doesn’t take responsibility for her staff!. I was told I needed a filling I went to another dentist and it was an abscess under my tooth! They have no clue about being dentists or customer service!

Extremely rude. After speaking with 111 they put me in touch with Dental Health stop as an emergency dentist. My face is severely swollen and I’m in excruciating pain. I rang them and advised 111 referred me and the lady on the phone said are you registered with us. I said no and she said they can’t help me, they only help registered patients. I asked if she could help point me in the right direction and she said Google it. Talk about most unhelpful people/lady. Currently back on the phone to 111 to advise them that they are not an emergency dentist.
