I had my appointment with Dr Devji. My booking was done easily online as a new patient. The initial meet and greet was very friendly and professional. I was offered additional services which were my choice to make. Had a good clean, checkup, filling and discussion about my dental needs and future things to consider. It’s definitely not a cheap visit however, you get what you pay for and I can tell the difference between Dr Devji and my previous dentist …. years apart in experience and much higher level of education. Best dentist I have had in my
life so far – no contest. Thank you Dr Devji!

I went in to see if my wisdom teeth needed to be removed. Because I’d had x-rays elsewhere we decided to do a basic clean instead. They added additional services such as photos (taken with a phone) that added to the cost of the appointment without asking me if that was okay. Later I send them through my previous x-rays and followed up multiple times, only for my emails to be ignored for months. TL;DR expensive and poor service.

Had my health benefits card tested to see if it was working okay, but unfortunate the receptionist put it through as a purchase, little did I know, I checked the records of treatment at my health fund a few days later and to my shock the receptionist had it put it through as a purchase$200.00, I rang her and she was irate and rather rude to me I had to call Health find to have it sorted out.
A very unpleasant experience.
