First class dental care, excellent advice, friendly staff & reasonably priced.

Hema is the best receptionist in the healthcare indsutry. She is very patient and friendly. I have at least bothered her for 15 minutes over the phone explaining my mom’s concerns about her dental issue. Hema listented to me carefully and never even said please hold or I will call you back. She gave us a peace of mind that my mom will be in good hands and nothing to worry about.

During the introductory session with Dr Belcastro, he is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Once again, he listened carefully, jotted notes and evaluated my mom’s condition thoroughly and gave us excellent advice. He explained carefully and slowly about the differences between dentures and implants and let us understand more about the problems my mom’s friends have entcountered. When we came to the conclusion that implants may not be the perfect option for my mom, Dr Belcastro even told us he will write a report to the denturist to explain my mom’s dental situation so we don’t have to go through the whole process again. It is supposed to be a 30-minute consultataion, Dr Belcastro has patiently spent like 40-45 minutes with us.

My mom and I both thought we would need to spend a fortune for this introductory session as we can tell Dr Belcastro is the best dentist we have ever met. Indeed, he is so reasonable with us.

Exceptional experience.

To begin, we had to reschedule around a Covid case. The reception staff were understanding and went out of their way to make it work with a short timeline and window. This alone was notable in the thought given to a run of the mill booking.

Dr. Belcastro was supremely professional, taking care to explain in detail the rationale for the procedures throughout the examination. He successfully endeavored to provide a secure and comfortable experience while even including valuable advice to improve health and curb bad habits in an encouraging manner.

The service was excellent through hygiene were my hygienist kindly worked past our allotted time with an efficiency, desire for perfection, and care one would reserve for their close friends.

Simply top class all around.
