I did not have the best experience . I have been going to this dentist for nearly 10+ years and it has always been great until the last 2 years . The dentist who worked on my teeth recently ( Chelsea) was extremely rough. She was splashing water all over my face & glasses to the point that I had to remove my glasses. She was not update on my records. She seemed extremely confused. Not to mention that it took me months to even get in contact in with a personnel that worked here to schedule an appointment. I went in for a clean and left in pain then was told to take Advil or swish around warm salt water if the pain does not stop in the next day or two . In the 10+ years I have been coming here I have never had to do so or been told to do so after a regular clean. Then as I was exiting was told that my insurance covered everything.. wouldn’t that be something you tell me before being serviced, incase it didn’t ? Nevertheless, this dentist is not what it use to be & I will be researching other dentist facilities. It’s bitter sweet, but I would much rather pay for quality.

I have been coming to this place since my daughter was 6 yrs old she’s 20 now. It use to be and awesome place. It use to be quality over quantity now it’s turned into just being about the money. They are rude and insensitive. The hygienist messed up my fill ins and they wanted me to pay every time I had to sit their chair. I refused to pay for a terrible job that she did. I ended up going back over 4 times for this terrible job. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore. It’s sad because at the end of the day it don’t matter how many years I’ve been going they just care about $$$.

Another great experience for my brother who has some disabilities. The dental assistant explained things clearly a couple of times for him to understand what the next process is and explained each step during this visit. The dentist was kind in explaining details also and listening to my brother. Thank you again!
