The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. I rang up asking if an emergency appointment is available, and he said if I got there in the next fifteen minutes a dentist could see me – I had my four month old baby and two year old son with me, and my baby had done an explosive poo right as I was trying to get out the door; as a newborn not yet on solids I had no choice but to change him otherwise he would get sore, and so was about three minutes late. The second I got through the door, the receptionist started yelling at me saying “you’re late! I told you fifteen minutes!” I couldn’t even get a word out, and when he finally let me talk I explained I was a stay at home mum with two young children alone in the day; I got there as fast as I could but my son had poo everywhere and I couldn’t possibly bring him in the dentist’s with poo everywhere. He continued to be belligerent, angry and rude – I was in shock. He said it was too late for me to be seen now and I’d have to come back tomorrow. I said “you’re not being very nice; I’m trying my best. You don’t have to be so rude.” And I actually cried because I was so sleep deprived, upset and shocked! I’ve never in my life had anyone speak to me like that- let alone in a public service! It’s a huge shame because the actual dentists that work there are so lovely and professional. I later found out that the reason this receptionist even has a job is because he’s married to female dentist who owns it. I will never ever go back there again, nor will my family, despite such great dentists. The rudest, most miserable, angry man with the biggest chip on his shoulder. Disgusting behaviour.

My wife and I have been registered at this super caring dental practice for years. Dr Sima Sadr has a way to care and treat nervous patients like us and is a formidable professional whose focus is to deliver the best dental plan for the patients in a feel-like-at-home environment.
The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding.

I absolutely recommend this Dental Surgery and have been a patient there for the last few years Dr. Sima Sadr and her nurse Caitlin are professional, welcoming and caring in their treatment.
I had the misfortune of getting a large abscess on a back tooth. Sima saw me immediately, to help with the pain. The follow on treatment has been quick and pain free.
It is always a pleasure to visit this surgery. A welcoming happy place.
