I have been to the DentalMark twice and my first impression was that why I need to hear all that bitter truth amount my teeth. Then my sence of realism kicked-in and I realised that what dentist told me about my condition and the practical steps I need to take to safeguard the remaining teeth was in my best interest. I am grateful to her for being so transparent and upfront with me. She took a huge risk by doing that as it may have upset me as well.
I would strongly recommend DentalMark as the lady dentist, (I forgot her name) dealt with extreme professionalism and care that I hardly experienced at my previous dentist who was more focused to making money than focusing the health of my teeth.

The chinese lady is extremely unprofessional. I haven’t been there for a while due to covid and other stuff so she started threatening me to end my brace contract saying i would have them on for the rest of my life. The people at angle house orthodontists sent her a email to get a couple teeth removed to correct my braces and she didnt even bother to check her email before saying she didnt receive anything. Her and her assistant started to lecture me and my mum because i havent been there for a while. She also put up a poster saying something around NHS staff abuse will not be tolerated so it is obvious she knows she is disliked.

My son had an appointment, and I took him to see the dentist. She was speaking to me behind her mask which she had 2 on, I didn’t understand her so I asked politely “sorry could repeat that please” she took her mask off and shouted rudely at me. Then I was taken back to her reaction, and my son got scared. She should not have behaved like this in front of my son. Would not recommend this place at all, so rude. I wanted to booked an appointment for my older son but because of her behaviour I’m looking some where else.
