Reviews:
I have been going to Dental Works for about 5 years. It’s been hit or miss. I have been extremely frustrated and disappointed over the last 6 months. They seem to be disorganized and getting more unprofessional as time goes on. Had an appointment this morning at 8a. Always schedule early appointment so I can get to work. Today sat in lobby 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. I finally at to say something to get them to acknowledge me. They took me back. Sat me in the dental chair where I sat another 45 minutes without even being acknowledged. I was there to pick up my retainer. I could see my retainer. I ended up leaving due to timing. Extremely frustrating considering I would not even been here if they hadn’t messed up my original scan for my retainer which caused me not to have a retainer for over 2 months after my braces were removed which caused my teeth to shift. Now 16 more weeks of treatment and I can’t even get acknowledged or at least told why I waited an hour before having to leave. Need a new dental office at this point
The staff is nice. Dr. B and her hygienist is great. I’ve been going for a few years now and I don’t think there’s been 1 time my appt hasn’t been rescheduled or moved. Staff is out… staff has plans… something comes up etc. The first couple times I didn’t care. But now it’s frustrating because of my work schedule. I forgot my appt because I kept thinking it was for the later time I originally scheduled.. it got moved on me 2 hours up via text. I can’t keep moving my day around to meet their schedule. I get 1 day off a week from work. So I told the lady I’d probably have to find a new dentist as they can’t get me in for 6 months unless they get a cancelation.
I found a dentist today that can get me this week. So I’ll be moving myself and kids to new dentist. I understand that dental works is short staffed but I can’t keep getting my appointments changed on me.
Update: Not happy at all with this temporary. If I talk longer than half a minute it starts biting into my tongue making it sore. I did bring it to her attention while I was having a cleaning, but nothing was looked at or done because I was having an extraction the following week. I really, really hope the permanent one is going to be better.

Very friendly and I trust her recommendations. I have not yet had work done but the evaluation was thorough. Everyone asked me if I had any questions after explaining things to me so I appreciate that. Pricing is fair and I am looking forward to having this office take care of all my dental needs.
