Please avoid this clinic before investing money on it.
I am about to finish my Invisalign treatment (I spent so far around 3500 euro). They made some mistakes like installing the Invisalign (ordered by Dr. Shebrina who followed me at distance and did not coordinate the process well at the beginning and made a big mistake) where the Invisalign was covering the wisdom teeth which I did not have causing me bleeding and pain to my jaw (they did not pay attention to it at the beginning of the process). Then I went back to the only dentist who looks competent, Marcela, who helped me along this year and fixed the problem. She is very nice and professional, very recommended. THANK YOU MARCELA!I I could have easily initiate some legal actions given the seriousness of the problem but I preferred to not mentioned anything.
I then did my filling activities last week with another doctor who I don’t remember the name (anything special) but still kinda of decent.
I then requested an appointment for cleaning yesterday 06/01/24 at 9am. My girlfriend was feeling ill and I had to take care of her so I have tried to call 3 TIMES to advise them that I would have been arrived 10 minutes later but I did not get any response (sometimes people at the reception respond, other times no). I then arrived 14 minutes late and I received one of the worst experience with Dr. Christoph if I am not mistaken. He was very angry at me because of it and in a very rude tone he told me ” I got up early this morning to be on time for you, you should have done the same”. EXCUSE ME? Is this the way to treat a customer who spent all of these money? Of course I immediately left. I am surprised that people like him works in such environments. I am very disappointed and of course I won’t finish my treatment with this company because of him. Many times I have waited even more than 30 minutes and never complained but apparently you cannot do the same.
This is a place to AVOID people!
I googled dental clinics in my neighbourhood and this one happened to be just from accross the street. I checked their website, called to make an appointment for a check-up and cleaning ONLY. When i showed up at the reception the assistant told me that i had to pay on the spot because i wasn’t covered for dental care. Mind you there had never been any mention of an upfront cash payment, not on their website (see the attached) or by the assistant i talked with to make the appointment. I couldn’t backtrack because of possible no-show fees so i said yes thinking of only “check-up and cleaning” fees. Few minutes into the treatment It turned out the cleaning wasn’t part of the plan after all, that appointment was never made, instead I was politely offered 2 fill-ups amounting to more than 200EUR and two other appointments. When I raised the question of the payment form i was assured that this wouldn’t necessarily have to be payable on the spot.
On my way out i was taken aside to a back office by a woman who was a bit on a “damage control” mode to discuss the payment issue. Long story short the payment will be via their billing company as stated on their website. The whole thing was most inconsiderate and amateurish and could have easily been prevented. Needless to say that I would think twice before paying to get humiliated that way.
As to the treatment itself it was OK though a tad rushed, the dentist seemed to know what he was doing. I can’t say the same about the assistant though. Handling the suction pump could be better. At one point I had saliva all over my face.

I have been a customer of this dental clinic for over five years, and highly recommend this company.

After my most recent visit I thought it would be good to post a review, since I am satisfied and impressed with the entire process. Personnel is friendly and effective. Getting in touch is easy, and I receive email reminders for my appointments.

Dr. Akbar Sharief is friendly, personable, and highly competent. He takes the time to provide information and to answer my questions. I credit him for my bright smile.
