This clinic was my first dental clinic i ever visited since I moved to Germany. The lady who did my “professional cleaning” was very agitated. I have no idea what “Professional cleaning” means as Dental Prophylaxis is commonly done 2x a year in my country and I have no idea of the difference of the procedure. Turned out its just the same.
As per the Dentist in general he was okay. I just felt like would have been nicer if he know how to explain and give other options on my concern. He spoke to me in both English and German. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to deliver my expectation on how a dentist should be to his patient.
I am saying this on a view of having a dentist since childhood in my home country and also finding a good dentist now here in Bonn. That treats patience with care and concern.
Herr Dr. Hoyer ist eine ganz besonderer Zahnarzt kompetent, effizient und sehr humorvoll. Er nimmt sich viel Zeit fur seine Patienten absolut empfehlenswert! Vor allem fur Angstpatienten. Das gesamte Team vermittelt eine sympathische und angenehme Atmosphare. Am meisten bin ich beeindruckt daruber das mir vor 10 Tagen ohne schmerzen in der Heilungsphase der Weisheitszahn gezogen worden ist . Top Arbeit !! .

Great Dentist and very professional Team. I have been a patient of Dr Hoyer since 2 years and I can highly recommend this doctor. Very professional, nice and competent doctor. I can say the same about the whole team. Especially the lady from Hungary is very nice and I highly recommend her for scaling. If one looks for good and competent dentist in Bonn – this is the place.
