It is a nice clinic and the service is fine but, we had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the assistants that was very rude. We understand the cancellation policy for missing appointments but, the way they treat people and how much money we spend there to be dismissed like we were not good enough to be their clients really made us feel discriminated and sad. Even if we apologized, we offered to pay for the appointment, they did not care. They have a lack of human respect and empathy. Good luck with your business, I’m sure you have a big line of “people” waiting to become your patients.
Dr. Jean-Philippe Soucy is a fantastic, passionate and most of all caring human being. Dr. Soucy loves being a Dentist, and his approach, professionalism and care is what sets him apart from most other Dentists. I trust my entire family to his care, and highly recommend his services.
