Dr. Patel’s practice is of utmost competence and ethics.
My child was recommended to his care when her issues were beyond her dentist’s typical skill set. After Patel’s work, she returned to the other office for cleaning and check up. The new X-rays showed residual issues from her previous treatment. It looked as if Patel’s work had not been done completely. Dr. Patel provided a free consult to examine.
It was determined that Dr. Patel did correct the issue the first time, but my child’s genetics predispose her to these dental issues.
Dr. Patel not only offered to perform the second treatment at no cost, he helped devise a long-term treatment strategy to prevent the issue from recurring in the future.
