I recently visited your office for a dental cleaning. While the hygienist did a decent job cleaning my teeth, I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience, particularly with how I was treated by the dentist.
From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt like a burden. The dentist made it abundantly clear that she did not have time for me, which became evident as she rushed through the appointment without addressing my concerns. When I asked questions, she barely acknowledged them, leaving me feeling dismissed and unimportant.
Furthermore, the dentist mentioned she found a small cavity and appeared ready to treat it. However, when I briefly stepped out to spit out some composite residue, which took no more than 20 seconds, she had already left. Upon my return, I inquired with the hygienist about the cavity, only to be told it would have to wait until my next appointment. This lack of attention to detail and the apparent disregard for my care is unacceptable.
Overall, my experience left me feeling as though my treatment was not a priority for your team. This is not the level of care I expect or deserve, and I am deeply disappointed.
I had one of the most amazing visits to a dental office. Starting from the receptionist, she was very welcoming and pleasant. She kept me informed that they will be out to get me shortly, which was nice. My hygienist was so gentle and friendly. I’ve already recommended this office to my friends. The dentist was very personable and friendly. Very detailed and informative. I’m thrilled I decided to try this office and look forward to visiting this dental office in the future.
First time bringing my 2 y/o in this clinic and would definitely bring him here from now on. Very nice place and looks very aesthetic, the receptionist is nice as well. The assistant that took us in was also very nice and very friendly! Very welcoming. My toddler was not scared at all and was excited. The dentist also made us feel safe with the situation and was really helpful and informative. 10/10
