I first heard about Dentistry of Chattanooga through my office manager, Kelly. I was looking for a dentist who would be able to work my sister in for dental work that was needed before the end of the year and I was calling in late November. Gratefully, they got sweet sister in and took care of her needs splendidly. As a result of a happy sister, I decided to set up an appointment for myself. I’ve only been in for a routine, initial appointment, x-rays, charting, and an introduction to my soon to be hygienist Jessica, and of course the opportunity to meet Dr. Drake. At this time, all I can say is that from my initial experience, I found the place checked off all of my ‘had to have’ list, such as cleanliness, professionalism, respect, ability, and congeniality. I shall be returning in a couple of weeks to have my teeth cleaned and will be able to give an updated review of this establishment with perspective and reflection. Considering my strong, personal affiliation with dentistry, I have a good gut feeling about Dr Drake, Hygienist Jessica, and Dentistry of Chattanooga! Stay tuned for my next review Scenic City!

I had a horrifying dental experience when I was a small child. Ever since that time my visits to the dentist were few, mainly when I had a serious issue that required I go. I would have to have a prescription sedative before going and “happy gas” during all procedures.

My first visit to Dentistry of Chattanooga was September 2023 after 10 years since my last dentist. It was only for a consultation and X-rays. I didn’t have a sedative and was extremely nervous. The lady who worked with me was so sweet, understanding, and talked me through everything. The following week I went for a cleaning and a repair of a broken tooth (no cavities). I did have a sedative prior to arriving, and “happy gas” during the procedures. All the staff were so nice and understood my situation. It was a good experience!

So today I went for a cleaning. I decided not to have a sedative or “happy gas” for the first time in 50 years! And I did great! I want to thank the staff of Dentistry of Chattanooga for being so wonderful to me and understanding. THEY ARE AMAZING!!

I was looking for a new Dentist in the area because the beloved Dentist I had been using has retired. I have always had a hesitation with dentists because so many of the ones I have had in the past had NO bedside manner and shamed me for any problems I had with my teeth.
This office was absolutely amazing. They were all very nice and welcoming.
Dr. Drake was so nice and very straightforward about the dental plan I needed to get my teeth back in a good place. I did not feel pressured at all and they were so great at helping me figure out a plan that would work with my insurance.
I plan to get my son established there as well.
I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone.
