It’s been headache after headache with Dentistry of Colorado at two locations. I encountered lack of professionalism with the dentist at the Arvada location, so I switched to Westminster to finish my Invisalign treatment. My experience there started off well, but since then two dentists left and office hours changed dramatically without any warning or communication. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone for a while, and when I did, it still wasn’t clear why their hours are now so limited (only 2 days a week). With all of this, I decided I would not be going back, and I canceled my appointment (no one picked up – I left a message). Hours later I got a call and text telling me I owed a cancelation fee. Since then, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I figured out on my own that I could pay the fee online and did. Needless to say, I left a voicemail and a text message canceling my next appointment, and will be going elsewhere in the future.

I had the same dentist for 23 years and finding a new dentist gave me anxiety. I was referred by a family member and I’m so happy I went. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was so friendly and helpful. From Tina at the front desk handling my scheduling and insurance, to the hygienist, to Dr. Sha, they were all so friendly, informative, and I feel like they all are passionate about what they do. They are also affordable, so I’ve been able to get some work done that I’ve wanted for year’s. Another bonus is that they don’t try to upsell anything. The dentist is very honest about what needs to be done and what can wait awhile. I appreciate that. Thank you.

I had not been to a dentist for about 3 years because of a terribly painful experience with having a cavity filled. After reading some positive reviews I decided to try this practice out and was not disappointed. Dr. O had to fill the same exact tooth as my old dentist and it was entirely painless! Dr. O was also both extremely helpful in answering questions and extremely careful in doing his work. Easily the best dentist I’ve ever had. Also, Kelli who did my cleaning was fantastic. Very personable and did a great job. I’ll definitely be back in 6 months.
