0 starts if I could will not ever be back the dentist are non informative nonchalant not helpful not friendly and really give the vibe of racist or something

Details of visit- I was scheduled for like a 3pm appointment not by choice that’s just what they gave me. I was paying out of pocket for a wisdom tooth extraction. Once in the back, the dentist advised my daughter couldn’t be in room that she would have to sit in lobby and also advised that if she removed my wisdom tooth she was going to likely crack the tooth beside it so that i need to pay to get them both removed. I advised her I was paying cash and I only had the $380 for the wisdom tooth that day and that none of this was discussed with me prior. Her response to anything I said was “you got two options” #1 get the wisdom tooth removed with understanding that the tooth beside it is gonna crack (almost as if she was going to intentionally crack it) or #2 don’t get anything done. She was not concerned abt the pain i was going through, she was not informative of other options, she was not friendly at all, she frowned at me as soon as she saw me and gave me a cold vibe with a “you got 2 options” answer to anything i asked. Idk if it was a race thing or if she’s just a mean rude lady that had 0 interest in helping me or if it was the end of her shift and she really just didn’t want to do more work however how she treated me was unacceptable and I don’t suggest anyone come here for dental emergencies.
Found a new dentist they were extremely welcoming addressed all of my concerns they couldn’t understand why this dentist couldn’t remove my wisdom tooth without threatening to crack the tooth beside it. They removed it with no problem. they didn’t make me feel judged or uncomfortable they put me on a treatment plan that made sense they didn’t suggest extracting the tooth beside my wisdom tooth they gave me options and extracting wasn’t one of them they are cheaper yet in a much better cleaner environment with more up to date equipment and most importantly dentists that care and treat you with respect!

Worst dental service ever. After received cleaning services on august 2024. I was in jaw pain for 3 days. Also at the end of the dental cleaning, the dentist took for ever to come to check on my mouth. They were both young females and I heard them gossiping ’bout patients. They both mocked bout me in my face and used childish language to addressed me. On my way out I heard a lady complaining in Spanish through a bilingual staff who was acting as Interpreter. The Lady was complaining bout how damaged her molars and teeth were, due to the Micky mouse job done on her mouth. From my personal experience, this dental place is lacking all customer service skills. It seems like a public school runned by teens. Inclined to think that owners are taking advantage on all these newly graduated kids who do not have a clue on client/patient ethics. I wonder if they are compliant with HIPA and who knows.
Do not go to these ppl! Very unprofessional! We requested (as she said) an appointment for my daughter yesterday. The email stated that they would contact me IF they needed to update time or information. No one contacted me so I called today. That’s when she nonchalantly told me that it was just a request. However if you haven’t received any information telling you the appointment wasn’t scheduled how would you know. Then she told me they’ve been “going through emails” as if it’s not important that you let someone know the appointment was denied. I literally called them before booking online 5 times to only get a message to BOOK online each time! Charlotte, has many other dentist. I suggest you find another one before trusting these ppl!
