I am very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Romy Chopra’s office. Not only did Dr. Chopra consistently fails to pay his workers on time, causing significant financial stress for them, but he also created a hostile work environment. His behavior towards the staff was unprofessional and often harassing. On multiple occasions, I witnessed him throwing medical instruments in frustration, which is not only dangerous but also completely unacceptable behavior for any professional, especially a doctor. This kind of conduct undermines the trust and respect necessary for a healthy workplace and a positive patient experience. I hope these serious issues are addressed immediately to ensure a safe and respectful environment for both employees and patients.

I’ve never been someone who enjoys going to the dentist for a cleaning. Today I met a new hygienist named Rashi who changed my whole mood! Being someone with sensitive gums and teeth going for a cleaning is usually painful for me, but she was so gentle and accurate in her cleaning I didn’t flinch once! I really loved her gentle approach and she was so kind and patient the whole time. Finding a hygienist like this is very rare for me, and I’m so glad I did! I only want to go for a cleaning if it’s with her. Thank you so much Rashi you are amazing!
