Reviews:
Myself and my 3 kids went there for a couple years and I stayed bc they directly billed by benefits. My eldest daughter dreads going and constantly says how her teeth her more since fillings. My 6 year old has a lot of anxiety with doctors and dentists but we slowly had more and more success until these dentists. Our last dentist was success at doing a filling without any sedation. But then then we came here…. She cried and cried after the first freezing. Said they didn’t have any sedation at all for her (the gas was never even offered and is a sedation but I digress). The Dentist ended up yelling at her when trying to do fillings… I almost ended up crying it was so upsetting. Since then she won’t go to any dentist… I’m now planning her next filling under GA (yay). For me… My teeth have also hurt more since they’ve put fillings in. Last time I went, I reported a fracture in my tooth from grinding. They looked at it and took x-rays and said they didn’t see anything but sent me to an endontist who did in fact confirm it is fractured. Sent them the report and recommendations months ago. The endontist said my dentist will call me when they receive and they’ve never called me to follow up. I recently just asked to change an appointment from July 22 and now being offered into September for a cleaning. I’m just not a fan of the way they speak to people. I’m not a fan of the work they do. And the only positive is the fact they bill benefits directly. Perks of privatized dentist never have to go back.
Thank you, Dr. Bains! I can finally eat and drink without pain! I had two root canals and a filling done yesterday, and today I feel like a million bucks. I was so scared that I had let my mouth go for far too long, but with sedation, he promised I wouldn’t feel anything, and he wasn’t lying! Besides a small pinch, it was virtually painless and seemed like it was over before I knew it! And it cost a thousand less than was even expected!!! The front desk staff was amazing, and the whole process was very fast and painless (for lack of better words). They were kind and professional, and the office was clean and catered to my needs! I have found a dentist that I will be using for years to come for my whole family! Thanks again, Dentistry @ Palace Rd and Dr. Bains!!
I am someone who unfortunately has had more than one awful experience at the dentist. Dentistry was recommended to me and I can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel so very comfortable, walk you through every step and are so reassuring. Thank you for providing a safe space.
