Appointment for exam/cleaning was made easily and professionally. Intake X-rays/images efficiently done. All staff explained each step of procedures, and asked if I had questions.
A detailed treatment plan was developed, and presented for my review etc.
Dental hygienist, Andrea, was super! She always seemed to care about my comfort, my understanding of each procedure. She put me at ease with her gentleness and assurances.
The process from check-in to checkout did take longer than I had expected. But then, it was thorough and unrushed.
Dr. Le and her team have restore my faith in going to the dentist. They awesome! Incredibly nice and much different environment then the last couple visits I had elsewhere. Dominique, the manager was helpful getting all of my paperwork and insurance sorted out. Krystal and Andrea took care of my cleaning and crown fitting and were so easy to work with. Glad I found this place. Thanks again for everything
I came in for an appointment as a new patient, and was very impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and state of the art equipment at this office! Everyone I interacted with was kind and friendly, and I have definitely found my new dentist. They do everything they can to keep their patients calm and at ease. 10/10 recommend this dentist office! Dr. Le is wonderful and so was everyone else.
