Reviews:
This was the strangest dental cleaning and exam I’ve had. I spent a total of 1 hour and 42 minutes here for a cleaning & exam. There was a lot of waiting time in between x rays, exam, and cleaning without explanation. They would leave the room very quickly before I could ask questions. At one point I questioned if this was only an exam and not a cleaning because I waited for a long time and then the doctor came in to do the exam. I am accustomed to a cleaning, and then the exam, or at lest the exam sometime after the cleaning has started. I was informed later on in the appointment that they do things differently there, and they did later acknowledge that this was taking longer than usual due to being short staffed. The dentist did the cleaning which was different but fine, but then she had someone else do the polishing (I think an assistant of some sort), and it was the quickest polishing I’ve had and very rushed. Another strange thing was they did not ask any questions about my medical or dental history or medications I’m on, or if I was pregnant when they did x rays. This isn’t a major complaint, but just another thing that was so different from my other experiences. They were nice enough, the facilities were nice and definitely seemed newer, but it just did not come close to matching the experience I’ve had at other places. I only came here due to insurance reasons and needing an appointment rather quickly. I am now wondering if there was a reason I could get in so soon here as other dentists with good reviews had a longer wait. All in all nothing was downright horrible, so giving three stars, but I don’t plan to come back and am not sure I’d trust them with something beyond a typical cleaning/exam.
A lot of shady practices by this site.

First visit was fine and people were pleasant, but for basic xray, cleaning, and exam, they billed my insurance company $1500. My spouse and child each see different dentists and each of those offices only billed insurance half as much. That raise my suspicions.

I had scheduled a second visit six months later. This was canceled the week of my appointment and when I called to reschedule, they told me they didn’t have a similar time slot for about 4 months time. I asked what happened to the original appointment and they told me the doctor that I was scheduled with had left the office several months ago. I asked why I wasn’t notified until the week of and they replied yeah, sorry.

I rescheduled at a less convenient time. When I arrived for this appointment, they told me I had to pay $85 up front. I asked what for and they told me my insurance required a co-pay and some coating they would apply isn’t covered by insurance. I told them my insurance doesn’t have co-pay (again, spouse and child have never paid co-pay) and I didn’t want whatever coating they were charging me for. They said they couldn’t do anything about the required up front fee so I told them to have a nice day and walked out.

One issue, ok, two issues, not OK and should have walked away then, three issues, have to leave a review.

Can’t recommend this place. For one, I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for an appointment I showed up on time for. Second, I then immediately did a rushed xray process and was then shown to my room to then wait another 45 minutes for the quickest dental exam I’ve ever had which included pictures. Fine, they were in a rush. Third, had the quickest cleaning of my life which was not thorough at all, the polish was basically just touching the instrument to my teeth for milliseconds on each tooth, never had that before. Last and most egregious, somehow their billing caused me to owe $1000 for my xrays, exam, and cleaning which should all be covered by my insurance. Some pieces were charged 4 times. This place is a shtshow, go to any other dentist in the area. I’ll give them a star back if they get my billing right but I will absolutely not be back and will tell everyone I can to avoid them.
