I used to love this place. I ALWAYS ask if their recommended treatment plans are cover by my insurance and request they submit an estimate so I was prepared for any costs beforehand. It was never an issue so I foolishly stopped double checking myself. I was assured before starting the last treatment plan, that everything was covered. Come to find out, multiple parts of it were not, and are NEVER covered by insurance.

Now I’ve stuck with a mounting bill as I have to complete the treatment to avoid screwing up my mouth. Thousands in unexpected dental costs out of pocket.

My family has been coming to dev dental for the last 30 years and have always had great experiences. today i was kindly greeted by the lovely receptionist and dental hygienist Natasha who was so polite and gentle during the whole experience. First we looked at x-rays of my teeth and i let her know any problems i was having and she really listened to me and helped me figure out what the best options were for me. This was probably one of the best experiences i’ve had at dev dental and i always look forward to seeing all the wonderful staff every visit!!
