Excellent experience from beginning to end!! From making an emergency appt today (sunday), the receptionist fit me in the best she could and made the appt on towards the west side of the island pearlcity. Closer to home for me. They requested that I come in a little early to fill out paperwork because it was my first time there. I’m so thankful they are open on Sundays!!! Kona helped me at the front desk and was super nice. I waited…my appt was at 3pm, went in at 3:05pm..not long of a wait at all. The woman who did my x-rays was awesome!! I forgot her name. She made me feel comfortable and explained to me everything that was happening. Dr Jackson helped me, checked my tooth and explained everything…took his time, I got to speak with him about my concerns and the follow up plan. Overall, I had an excellent experience there today. And I feel much better!!!
I’ve been going to Diamond Head Dental
Care ever since they opened. They are quick and professional. They don’t try to pressure sales you into getting dental work that you don’t need. Their hygienist are quick. My cleanings are within 45 minutes. I like the ease of booking appointments. Dr. Matto is excellent at explaining things and in the work he performs. I’ve recommended them to at least 3 of my friends, and they’ve all had great experiences. I’m so happy they’re opening a new location. Simply allows for more convenience and availability for appointments.

Dr. Jackson is an exceptional dentist. The entire staff is wonderful… The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was so gentle and kind. The dental assistants are all calming and fabulous. The front desk staff is informative and helpful. For someone with dental phobia they have made me feel so comfortable.
