To start with, the front desk receptionist was absolutely the sweetest. She was quick with the process of checking me in and getting forms completed. The wait was not long at all. They made the experience feel welcomed and comfortable.
Once I was taken to the back, a very nice woman took X-rays of my teeth and was very informative, quick, and made that process the easiest.
Dr. S then came and took a look at my x-rays and was very informative on what needed to be done next. Dr. S made the deep cleaning process very easy, thorough, and the least painful that he could. He was made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. He truly took his time with me and was careful throughout the entire process. He made sure to answer any questions that i had. Lovely experience. 10/10

To this day, I haven’t received a phone call from Mary to schedule an appointment. The receptionist stated they take my dental insurance but since my health care is a different plan (which I don’t understand what one had to do with the other) all of sudden they can’t take my insurance. The receptionist was very rude about the situation and said well you can find another dental office cause we can’t help you. I reached out to my dental insurance, and they said they take the insurance, and I also had the insurance company speak with the office. Once again, I was told Mary would reach out. It’s been over a month and no call.
Diamond Star Dental is such an amazing business for dental patients! The staff is professional and polite. The office is also organized, neat, and clean.
Dr. Sapigao goes above and beyond with his patients and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable and nervous when assessing your teeth.
