I went to this place today 7/17/24. I called and made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. I spoke to a lady on the phone and told her that I needed to wisdom teeth removed and she scheduled an appointment for the next day which is today. She told me to clear my schedule because the procedure will take an hour. When I got there I waiting an hour before they call me to the back (even though I was 15 minutes early) when I got to the back room they took me to call my dentist and ask use for my x-rays. I told them that I called yesterday and she said emailed them the x-rays. I ended up having to call my dentist office again and she sent them again . After that I waited for another 45 minutes for them to come in and tell me that have to do another X-ray. Then they looked at a paper with my name and said that my appointment was suppose to be with an oral surgeon and he was not in today. O then asked why I was scheduled to come in today of there is no oral surgeon in. They said “because this is a consultation you have to make a separate appointment with an oral surgeon. We can refer you to some of you want. I got mad and I walked out because I fasted for this appointment and was very Dehydrated for nothing. That’s two hours of my life I’ll never get back
1st appt was today, The main dentist, as well as the x-ray technician, and even the receptionist were friendly and professional from the start.
He also gave me the honest truth about what he felt needed to be done, and even though, I really didn’t want it to be done I still appreciate his honesty which was a what talked me in to a agreeing. He created strung me along like my last dentist and made thousands of all the work I need it done but he’s still told me what would help me healthwise and save me money.
You don’t hear stuff like that very often so it was greatly appreciated. If there was more than five stars they would get it

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.
I made an appointment for Sunday, because that was the only day there would be a pediatric dentist. I get there, just to be told that I would have to wait because there’s 3 patients in front of me who DID NOT schedule an appointment.
I asked when would there be another time a pediatric dentist would be in office, and no one knows anything.
But the front desk receptionist thought it would be a good idea to let me know that because SHE’S FROM ISRAEL, I have NO business bringing my child to see a dentist because my child is not old enough to be seen.
