I had such a wonderful experience with this dentist office! I called this office in so much pain because I needed a root canal. When I called they scheduled me in within an hour! I got there and was taken back 20 mins early (sign in office says if you were waiting longer than 10 mins please say something which was a great sign cause we all know how long you have to wait at other places) so I had my root canal done and fixed a problem with my temporary crown that another office totally botched. I had to return in 2 weeks to complete the root canal where once again I had a great experience. Was in and out within an hour! I’m so used to just waiting an hour just to be taken back. With my anxiety that is wonderful. This office is out of my network, yet I will still continue to go due to how amazing they were!

I normally don’t write reviews , my thought is a business is providing a service; therefore, they should want to offer excellent customer service. Nonethless, my visit was today 06/19/24. My previous hygienist was not longer with the office. ” Have no idea what her name was.” I saw Anna today and let me tell you she is Wonderful! She stood in the door so I could see her face and introduced herslef. She didn’t just walk in a start talking. Anna was pleasent,kind and extremly knowlegeable. Anna is an asset to the Dixon and Bole practice. I hope to see her in 6 months. By the way Dallas is pretty Awesome too. You two ladies Rock!!

Dr. Boles is the best! He’s very thorough, and very gentle. He explains what he’s doing and makes sure I’m comfortable. I never understood why some people were afraid to go to the dentist until a few years ago, when I had to go to a bad one due to an insurance issue. That dentist had me in more pain than when I first started. Luckily I was able to go back to Dr. Boles, and he fixed the problem that the other dentist had made worse. I just had an extraction with him this morning, and he took very good care of me, and made the experience pain-free! I can’t say enough good things about this man. He provides top quality, compassionate care.
