I got a crown done at this dentist office. I went in had it done the same day. Days later in serious pain, I returned, and they shaved the tooth down more. I visited another dentist and the X-Ray indicated that a large gap existed from the crown and the gum line. I went back, she did a second crown. Dr. Sherman admitted to a gap still existing… Days later, in serious pain, I had to return again for them to shave the crown. Years later, while under the warranty (which did not contain fine print limiting cleanings to a specific location), the crown popped off. I went in to have it replaced and they refused to honor the warranty and they refused to pay for my services.

I cannot recommend this dentistry office to anyone.

Really should review as a zero, don’t get a crown there. I’ve only been in the office a few times and had 2 crowns put on. 1 crown has been a problem since day 1 and the other crown broke in half after 3 years. I went in because I was told it had a five year warranty but when I got to the office I was then told that because I did not have my cleanings there that they would not honor the warranty. I definitely will not recommend this clinic.

So I typically loathe going to the dentist; but these folks? Are awesome.

From the front desk employees, to the hygienist and Amy herself? Super welcoming, happy, and enjoyable people to be around.
