From the time you enter the reception, to the Dental Hygienist, then the Dentist you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. When dealing with appointments people’s stress levels are high. Not so with Donly Dental! You know they are compassionate, caring, and very professional. All of the staff take their time to discuss the procedures and what work needs to be done. If you have issues or concerns they are happy to discuss with you alternatives. And they also do follow up calls with patients to make sure you’re doing and feeling alright. They go above and beyond the service level of professionals!
Donly Dental – always friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff. They make you feel comfortable and I am impressed with the new technology. The personal touch – answering any questions you may have, taking time to explain procedures and the personnel and atmosphere are top notch!
Dr. Holmes and staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. I went in for my 3rd cap prep work, and I couldn’t be happier. The caps were my best option and a game changer, no more worries about chewing. Miss Vicky’s here I come….obviously not right away……lol.
