If I could leave a review for 0 stars, I definitely would. After hearing about my family member’s first time experience here for dental work & inquiry on braces here, I was incredibly disturbed and disappointed by the lack of professionalism, compassion, and overall customer service. My family member explained to me that she went in for a consultation regarding Invisalign and was met with dental professionals that told her that her teeth were “too crooked” to be considered for Invisalign. They also lacked answers for the possibilities of other options of correcting teeth. The receptionist publicly announced her dental information regarding cavities where other customers could possibly hear. Highly unacceptable. Regardless of any truth in their statements, a professional office should be trained on confidentiality, customer service, and comfort of their potential patients. It is simply rude and irresponsible. I am highly disappointed in the treatment she received as I was looking forward on being serviced here. Shame on them for giving a terrible first impression. For anyone considering their services on any dental work or inquiries on ortho work, I recommend looking elsewhere- especially if you value your self-esteem and customer service experiences. Also, as a side note: we were informed that the office space locked cleanliness.

This dental clinic’s service has deteriorated significantly. Despite being a loyal customer for 6 years, I’ve decided to switch to a different clinic due to their lack of trustworthiness. They misled me regarding the cost of Invisalign treatment, resulting in an unexpected $1,000 overcharge. Moreover, their document management is poor. They couldn’t provide an itemized receipt for my treatment or locate my recent X-ray. Additionally, the once-busy waiting room now sits empty, a testament to their declining reputation. I advise caution and thorough verification of treatment details, as they lack transparency and accountability when it comes to billing.

Horrible service. Dentist chairs and floors are dirty. Honestly 0 stars. They were entirely too rough on my teeth. They publicly announced how many cavities I have to the whole office. Made me feel that having cavities was the worst think in the world and looked at my teeth and told me I wouldn’t qualify for Invisalign even though they are not medically approved to tell me this only an orthodontist. Just didn’t feel good in there they made cavities feel like a crime, just not people persons with customer service skills. Don’t go here if you want them to ruin your day.
