Nothing but great things to say about DoubleTree Dental. From the moment I booked my appointment, I received reminder texts and my insurance quote was prepared efficiently. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile at the front desk. The clinic is clean and well organized. Dr Wang was very helpful and explained my dental x-rays in a way that was easy to understand. Allison was my dental hygienist and she took her time to ensure my teeth were scaled and polished well. She was also very proactive when booking my next appointment. I had a great encounter with the ladies at reception and the technician who took my x-rays. The staff were very courteous and considerate! I have enjoyed my experience today and look forward to my next appointment.

The professional service offered here has kept me as a happy customer for over 8 years. Their new location offers a spotless new facility and plenty of parking. Dr. Sher is a soft-spoken man with excellent chair-side manners. My hygienists have been thorough and pleasant. The welcoming staff have always been polite and helpful. When I rate services, 4 stars is actually 5.

Had my first visit to DoubleTree and it was great. Alysa was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also saw my toddler for a “Ride in the chair” visit, so she can get accustomed to sitting in the chair and not be intimidated when the time comes for her first visit. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Happy to have made the move!
