There’s always a warm welcome from all staff at Down House Dental Practice. I’ve been a patient for many years. My present dentist is gentle and most reassuring. I’ve had a few different treatments and nothing is too much trouble. After a particularly difficult session i had a call from Claire (dentist) to see how I was. Both Claire and her nurse, Catherine are professional and sympathetic and I know I’m in very safe hands. Not forgetting Tesh, the hygienist who is always so efficient and gives great advice and care. Thank you Down House Surgery, you are a great team.
Recently moved her after finding out as NHS patients we had just been removed from.our old practice (one I had been with since birth). They are unbelievably kind, and have already gone above and beyond my expectations. The whole team are approachable and our children seemed more than happy to been seen. Communication has been incredible too. Claire explained everything to all our children (ranging 5 – 13) and put them all at ease. The waiting room is bright and airy and in such a beautiful location too. Super easy to park and walk to.
I have been attending Down House for about 25 years, being treated by a number of dentists and hygienists during this time. They are all really caring and extremely good at what they do. The current staff are just the best and Clare and Shesh between them always take care when I visit and offer brilliant advice about dental care and of course give excellent treatment. I would happily recommend the practice to all my family and friends.
