I was so happy to see a new dental office in my neighborhood of Harlem NY. It’s very conveniently located and easy to get to. I have been a patient of Dr. Wicks for over ten years. The office is warm and welcoming and the staff is always courteous and friendly. Appointments are easy to make and adjust if needed. Dr. Wicks is very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain each procedure. My very first dental implant was done by Dr. Wicks, and it turned out great! My mother and brother are also patients of Dr. Wicks based on the attentive care that he has taken with my oral health. It can be daunting at times in the dental office and I am happy to say I always feel ease when I visit the dentist thanks to my experience with Dr. Wicks and his staff!

This was the weirdest dental experience I’ve ever had. The cleaning was uncomfortable and painful. Dentist told me he could see I brush properly. Thank you! He states, “that wasn’t a compliment” lol I’m sorry what?! Also called the front office at a later date requesting my x-rays. The receptionist states with negative demeanor, “Well, I just started so I don’t know what to tell you”. I mean the quality just doesn’t get lower than this place. Hope they’ve gotten it together. Harlem deserves better!

Dr. Wicks and his staff are great. I have been to this office twice for routine cleanings and have always had a positive experience. What compelled me to write this review today is how I was treated yesterday when I came in for a root canal. I had been experiencing lots of pain, but fear kept me putting this procedure off for about a year. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and made the appointment. Dr. Wicks was gentle, quick and I didn’t feel a thing. I’m glad takes my insurance!
