I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr Dori by a dear friend of mine because it is so hard to find a good dentist. Omg! Dr Dori is amazing! And let me just say I am very hard to impress. Very. Lol. His staff is sweet and professional and they go out of their way to make you feel like family. I’m a lawyer and very hard to impress. Dr Dori is beyond what I ever expected. He was referred to me by a dear friend and I am so grateful. I had an extraction of 2 teeth last week and a bone graft which isn’t easy at all. Yet, it wasn’t at all as bad as I expected. Dr Dori explained everything in detail (like a professor ;)). He has a calm and reassuring voice and explains everything throughout the procedure which makes things predicable and understandable. He was so patient and explained everything (and I can be a paining he butt :)). He has a kind and calming demeanor that put my mind at ease. He gave me goggles so the light wouldn’t affect my eyes. He provided a headset and Netflix in an attempt to distract me and keep me calm through the extraction. I’m a big baby ( lol :)) so his kindness and patience with me was very much appreciated. He created the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Seriously. I’ve had root canals, an extraction, filings, crowns etc and all had been so traumatizing I’ve hated and avoided going to the dentist since prior to Covid. Now, with Dr Dori, I have no fear. He is patient, kind and competent, and he provides me with such peace of mind I am not afraid to see a dentist. No judgment. No guilt trip for not flossing as I should. ;). He just wants the best for his patients and truly believes that good dental care does not involve pain! Amazing!!! I came out of his office feeling better than when I came in. Honestly I adore him and feel so grateful to have found him. He has top notch credentials, top notch technology and top notch staff. What more could I ask for? I especially appreciate that he gave me plenty of time to get numb (testing my comfort level throughout) before he began the procedure. His staff is both extremely helpful and sweet, and customer service is an utmost concern. They are available by text!!! Amazing!!! I was also impressed with the obvious investment in technology and equipment in the office and feel confident my dental implants will turn out perfectly. I am equally impressed with Dr Dori’s fine art background in bronze sculpture as it indicates to me how much emphasis and importance he places aesthetics and attention to detail in his work. I could not be happier with my experience with Dori Dental Arts and would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
