2nd update: After visiting the office and going in for cleaning, I would like to say these guys are great. They take the time to make sure you are happy and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

Update: I have spoken to the office and they will be seeing me in a few days. Will update after the appointment.

Was referred here by a friend but was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and care for the patient…
I called to set an appointment and was told there was only one available two months out in July. I waited patiently for my appointment which they explained to me that they will do x-rays and begin cleaning work. When I arrived at the appointment two months later, they took x-rays and explained to me I needed to do deep cleaning and fill two cavities and they haven’t done any work..
Instead they told me I would have to schedule another appointment to get the work done and one would only available in mid August..
After much frustration, I accepted the appointment and waited again another month and a half. A few days before my appointment, they called me telling me I didn’t get approved for the cleaning through my insurance and that I would have to pay for it out of pocket which is no problem but now they canceled my appointment since it wasnt approved and that the next date available is end of October!
So long story short, this office has dragged me 5 months for a waste of time and 5 months extra of damage that is building up on my teeth and expect me to wait another month and a half to get seen.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRACTICE, YOU WILL ONLY BE WAITING FOR NOTHING AND HAVE MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR TEETH AND MORE WORK THEY CAN CHARGE YOU FOR INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF YOU.

Dr. Arpin is a wonderful dentist. She’s so friendly and makes her patients comfortable. This practice is fully focused on their patients’ happiness, not on their volume of customers or on their revenue.

She received me as a regular patient. At one point she repaired a chipped tooth. The chip broke again, and she repaired it without any problem. But this time she placed a protective coating over my teeth, and didn’t charge me for it. I don’t think it was covered by my insurance (Healthnet Medi-Cal) either.

I will only recommend her to anyone living in the valley.

The best dentist I have been to in Southern California. We’ve been going to Dr. Arpi for five years and have continued to come see her even when we moved two hours out of Los Angeles. She is kind, professional, honest and gives you the best care and experience when coming in. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family.
