So I went to 212 Dental before I came to this Dentist and the Dentist at 212 told me i need a million things done and I later found out that they were just trying to make money by giving me things I don’t even need. Dentist should not be messing with people’s health like that! I was so disgusted by them. I was recommended by a friend to try Stewart Manor and I must say Dr. Asadorian and his hygenist Sarah were amazing. They were both completely honest with me. I needed a deep cleaning and Sarah advised I take some numbing gel so she can really clean my teeth properly instead of being super gentle and not being effective. Doctor went over each x-ray with me and advised that I DON’T need any work done at all! I would definitely recommend this team!
Dr. Asadorian is great. However, their billing department is dishonest and fraudulent. Upon arrival I was told they no longer take Ameritas, but if I paid up front I would be reimbursed in full given this was a routine check up. Unfortunately, they only reimbursed $139 of the $400 I paid and noted that I misunderstood. Why would I agree to paying $261 out of pocket for a routine check up that I could get elsewhere for free? Good question. Very disappointing service. Beware.
The best dental experience I have ever had. The office is very clean and the staff was very nice. I had major dental phobia and I hate going to the dentist, because I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past.But when I came in to see Dr. Asadorian he handled me with a lot of care. He was very patient with me and he explained everything very well. I felt very comfortable with him. Such an amazing dentist!! I think I found my new dentist!!
